At AvanteLux, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 3-day refund policy and a 5-day return for store credit policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return and refund process:
3-Day Refund Policy:
If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, you must follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at customersupport@avantelux.com or call us at 1-877-282-8268 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request meets our refund policy criteria.
- Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and tags. The item(s) must not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.
- After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 3 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
- All sales are final for the following items: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items, even if they are defective.
5-Day Return for Store Credit Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase but have surpassed the 3-day refund window, you may be eligible for a return for store credit. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at customersupport@avantelux.com or call us at 1-877-282-8268 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return request.
- Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request meets our return for store credit policy criteria.
- Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and tags. The item(s) must not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.
- After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount. You can use this store credit to make a future purchase at AvanteLux.
- All sales are final for the following items: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items, even if they are defective.
Return and Refund Policy Guidelines:
- The item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds/store credit for personalized or custom-made items.
- The Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns and refunds. Any packages received without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
- Shipping fees, including the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost, are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item(s) are adequately packaged and insured during transit to avoid damage or loss.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure that the package reaches us safely.
